Case XX Select knives are fashioned not through modern means of mass production, but by the time honored handwork of skilled American craftsman, for no machine has yet been devised to equal the workmanship of Case master cutlers.  Journeyman artisans offset—grind every blade, swedge most by hand, then polish each to a mirrored finish like that of a fine looking-glass. Only after the individual blade has been deemed perfect in its every aspect will the shopmaster hone it by hand to a razor-sharp edge.

All of our Case XX  Select knives feature blades crafted from the highest grade Tru-Sharp stainless steel, the very same as that used in fine surgical instruments. Liners, bolsters and pins have been fashioned out of the highest quality brass and nickel silver.  Each of these components is polished by hand on its every exterior surface to a luster unmatched by any other manufacturer.  All Case XX Select handles are crafted from the most coveted materials to be found in the world.
